Tuition is a flat monthly fee

Payment is due on the 1st of the month

Payment can be made by ACH, Credit Card, or Venmo

A late fee of $20 will be assessed if tuition is not received by the 5th of the month

A 5% discount is offered to students who pay for the entire semester up front

A 30 day notice is required when stopping lessons

One make up lesson will be offered each session

Additional make-up lessons will not be offered if the student is absent more than once per semester

If the teacher is absent, an additional make-up or refund will be offered

24-hour notice is required in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson.

Students should not attend lesson if they are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, including coughing, sneezing, fever, or upset stomach

Any student who arrives ill will be sent home without a make-up lesson

Students have the option of taking an online lesson or sending a practice video if they are symptomatic but well enough for a lesson

Students receive 42 lessons per year, which are divided into three sessions

Fall Session: August—December (18 lessons)

Spring Session: January—May (18 lessons)

Summer Session: June—July (6 lessons)

Animato Piano Academy is granted permission to use photos and videos of students for marketing and promotional purposes

Animato Piano Academy will have copyright of all media mentioned above

Students and families must comply with all policies

Violation of any policy may result in dismissal from the studio
